Surrender of certificate.—Every auditee who ceases to carry on the submission of accounts for audit shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 40 of the manner in which every contract held by him has been disposed of.
