Safe custody.—Every nursery grower shall keep every licence to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the raising of plants in a nursery is carried on, shall record in Form F the description of every licence so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Director of Agriculture within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
