Application for registration.—Every educational institution admitting foreign students carrying on the admission of foreign students shall make an application for registration to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer in Form A, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every residential permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
