Intimation of change.—Every guardian appointed by the court shall intimate to the District Registrar, in Form I and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
