Application for registration.—Every operator of a slaughter house carrying on the running of a slaughter house shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form A, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every analysis report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
