Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a canteen licence who ceases to carry on the running of a canteen shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every pass held by him has been disposed of.
