Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a ropeway who ceases to carry on the operation of a ropeway shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every art treasure held by him has been disposed of.
