Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any nursing home dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Drugs Controller in Form 21, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every medical device then held; and the Drugs Controller shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
