Surrender of certificate.—Every trade marks agent who ceases to carry on the practice as a trade marks agent shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Plant Varieties Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form TM-A of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
