Rule 10, Karnataka Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Forms) Rules, 2018 [SAP-B51]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form TM-A not less than sixty days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of twenty thousand rupees; and the Plant Varieties Authority shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the trade marks agent within sixty days of the renewal.
