Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any importer of food dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Commissioner of Food Safety in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every analysis report then held; and the Commissioner of Food Safety shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
