Maintenance of premises.—Every owner of a dangerous or offensive trade shall keep the premises where the carrying on of a dangerous or offensive trade is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every notice of demolition kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the carrying on of a dangerous or offensive trade, and shall furnish to the Development Authority in Form A, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
