Safe custody.—Every owner of a dangerous or offensive trade shall keep every sanitary certificate to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the carrying on of a dangerous or offensive trade is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every sanitary certificate so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Development Authority within seven days of the close of each year.
