Conditions of registration.—Every displaced person shall carry on the allotment of property to a displaced person only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every plan of the land in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such plan of the land for inspection on request by the Revenue Inspector, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
