Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the shelter home shall apply to the District Magistrate in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the District Magistrate shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
