Intimation of change.—Every distribution licensee shall intimate to the Chief Electrical Inspector, in Form II and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Electrical Inspector shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
