Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the distribution licensee shall apply to the Chief Electrical Inspector in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Chief Electrical Inspector shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
