Application for registration.—Every shopkeeper in a village market carrying on the keeping of a shop in a village market shall make an application for registration to the District Panchayat in Form 5, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every muster roll held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
