Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the development of infrastructure in a Special Economic Zone is carried on, the particulars of every letter of permission held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form SEZ-1, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
