Application for registration.—Every holder of a public office carrying on the holding of a public office shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form B, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every report of the commission held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
