Intimation of change.—Every institution accredited by the Council shall intimate to the Designated Court, in Form C and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Designated Court shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
