Surrender of certificate.—Every institution accredited by the Council who ceases to carry on the training of arbitrators shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Designated Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every arbitration agreement held by him has been disposed of.
