Surrender of certificate.—Every cadet who ceases to carry on enrolment as a cadet shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every notice of manoeuvres held by him has been disposed of.
