Intimation of change.—Every cadet shall intimate to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, in Form A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
