Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the custody of the Air Safety Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi; and where the Air Safety Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form CA-2 within thirty days of the succession.
