Application for registration.—Every loss assessor carrying on the assessment of claims shall make an application for registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in Form IRDA-4, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of insurance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
