Periodical return.—Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall furnish to the Tahsildar, within ninety days of the close of each year, a return in Form 3 of every mutation received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for seven days from the date on which it is furnished.
