Application for registration.—Every person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits carrying on the carrying on of a trade shall make an application for registration to the Standing Committee in Form F, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every vending certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
