Surrender of certificate.—Every landholder who ceases to carry on the holding of land shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Divisional Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 7 of the manner in which every holding held by him has been disposed of.
