Rule 13, Goa Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2017 [SAM-QK7]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the landholder shall apply to the Sub-Divisional Officer in Form 14 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
