Application for registration.—Every debenture trustee carrying on the protection of the interests of debenture holders shall make an application for registration to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in Form CHG-1, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every share held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
