Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a cinema within the municipal limits shall apply to the Town Vending Committee in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Town Vending Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
