Application for registration.—Every air cargo agent carrying on the booking of cargo for carriage by air shall make an application for registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form CA-3, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every remotely piloted aircraft held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
