Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the air cargo agent shall apply to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form CA-4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
