Surrender of certificate.—Every air cargo agent who ceases to carry on the booking of cargo for carriage by air shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-5 of the manner in which every flight plan held by him has been disposed of.
