Maintenance of premises.—Every air cargo agent shall keep the premises where the booking of cargo for carriage by air is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every flight plan kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the booking of cargo for carriage by air, and shall furnish to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form CA-6, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
