Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the running of a licensed guest house shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
