Application for registration.—Every allottee of evacuee property carrying on the occupation of evacuee property shall make an application for registration to the Estate Officer in Form 2, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every title deed held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
