Surrender of certificate.—Every allottee of evacuee property who ceases to carry on the occupation of evacuee property shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Estate Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every register of documents held by him has been disposed of.
