Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any fish farmer dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every insecticide then held; and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
