Surrender of certificate.—Every fish farmer who ceases to carry on the culture of fish shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every society held by him has been disposed of.
