Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the fish farmer shall apply to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
