Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Employees' Insurance Court in the custody of the Assistant Director, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Employees' Insurance Court; and where the Assistant Director having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 16 within ten days of the succession.
