Intimation of change.—Every sports body shall intimate to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel, in Form D and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
