Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a hotel lodging foreigners who ceases to carry on the lodging of foreigners shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every travel document held by him has been disposed of.
