Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a mine who ceases to carry on the working of a mine shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Mineral Foundation in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every weighbridge slip held by him has been disposed of.
