Clause 2, Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets (Market fee receipt Control) Order, 2017 [SAK-VJD]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 (Punjab Act 23 of 1961); (b) "commission agent in a market" means a person carrying on the business of a commission agent in a market; (c) "produce" means a produce received, held or disposed of by a commission agent in a market in the course of the business of a commission agent in a market; (d) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
