Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a houseboat who ceases to carry on the operation of a houseboat shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Tourism in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every art treasure held by him has been disposed of.
