Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a fishing vessel shall apply to the Maritime Board in Form 7 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Maritime Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
