Intimation of change.—Every owner of a fishing vessel shall intimate to the Maritime Board, in Form 3 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Maritime Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
